Comprehensive RAMS are produced and updated for every project to identify and mitigate hazards before work starts.
Training and certification
All team members receive ongoing health and safety training and hold the certification needed to work safely on site.
Toolbox talks
Regular toolbox talks keep the team briefed on site-specific risks, changes in procedure and lessons learned.
Personal protective equipment
Appropriate PPE is enforced for all operatives, including respiratory protection for spray work, gloves, eye protection and other protective gear.
Safe use of tools and equipment
Airless spray equipment, access equipment and extraction are inspected, maintained and used only by trained operatives.
Site safety protocols
Clear signage, barriers and emergency procedures are maintained on every site, in line with the principal contractor's requirements.
